Hello and welcome to Dragonflye Farm Miniature Livestock!

My name is Bev, my husband is Bill, and we are the lucky owners of Dragonflye Farms. We welcome you to sunny Arizona, and hope you will enjoy your tour of our website.

Here at Dragonflye Farms, our specialty is the breeding and rearing of miniature livestock. We currently breed and sell the following registered stock: NPGA Pygmy Goats, AGS/NDGA Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats, IMZA/AMZA Miniature Zebu cattle, and AMHA/AMHR Miniature Horses. We also have our "token" full sized horse Lady, along with an assortment of laying hens and ducks. We also have a wonderful livestock guardian dog named Pepe, and he definitely is a deterrent to critters that don’t belong here!

Our journey with the farm animals began with my first horse Bucky who was 18 when I purchased him. Bucky was a little spitfire...I thought he was named Bucky because he was buckskin, but then I found out it was because he loved to buck!!   He lost his vision, and as we couldn’t find any retirement homes for horses out here, so we ended up buying our farm. Along came two little pygmy doelings from our neighbor, and that was all it took! We found the goats to be amazing, addicting, fun- loving little companions- and our two turned into many more. What started out with two pets, turned into learning about showing, and then the breeding, and then other breeds!

Our farm is in the Goodyear, Arizona area which is roughly 25 miles west of Phoenix Arizona. We would love to show you our animals, and we do offer farm visits by appointment only. We raise our animals to be pets and companions, along with breeding and show stock. We encourage you to contact us with any questions, and if you see one of our animals that you are interested in but they are not on the sales page, don’t be afraid to ask.  We may sometimes have animals available that we have not yet added!
